Q/ What areas do you service?

We currently service Miami-Dade, Homestead and some Broward areas.

Q / When and How do I pay for your services?

Services must be paid when we arrive to provide the service. We accept cash, checks or credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).  The service fees will be charged after the loading is completed. For Companies: Contact us for setting up a Business Account and we can bill you.

Q/ Do I have to be at the site for service?

You do not have to be on location for us to provide the service if you provide us access and detailed instructions.   We prefer that someone is onsite to direct our drivers as to where the unwanted items are. You will need to prepay by  credit card. However, if you are planning to pay with check or cash, you must be at the site.

Q/ Is your company insured and licensed? 

Yes. We are fully insured and licensed. You can be assured that your business, home and property are fully protected and that all items will be properly disposed of.

Q/ Can you come after hours or on weekends?

We will try to meet your scheduling needs.

Q/Is the cost of unloading at the dump or land fill included in my price?

Yes. The cost of our certified disposal is included.

Q/ What items should NOT be included?

Hazardous materials including: chemicals, gasoline, oils, refrigeration, tires, paints, solvents, car batteries, asbestos containing materials, propane tanks or any type of toxic waste.

Q/ Why can’t you take paint and other chemicals?

We are not legally able to carry hazardous materials without a permit.

 Q/What items/articles do you take for disposal?

Wood:  fencing, firewood, old timber – Construction materials:  Debris, tiling, broken concrete, walls, windows, floorboards, drywall, plasterboard & frames, etc. – Garden:  Branches, tree and bush clippings, soil and dirt –  Furniture: Couches/sofas, sofa beds, mattresses –  Appliances:- Refrigerators, freezers, washers & dryers –  Garage: boxes, books, old tools, tires, shed & attic junk – Roofing items .

Q/ What items/articles you do NOT take for disposal?

We do not take: Paint, Chemicals, solvents, oils, Asbestos, Oil drums (unless empty and top & bottom cut out), Oil tanks Junk cars (visit www.junkmycar.com for junk car removal)

Q/ What do you do with the junk you remove?

All items that can be donated to charity are salvaged and others recycled. All other items are disposed of in a environmentally friendly way.
